Brunch reminds you of greasy and feeling full menus, right? I try to eat healthy by adding egg benedict with salmon on it or salad, but butter is basic and bread and sausages are mostly used. However, there is a brunch restaurant in Cheongdam, not far from Galleria Department Store, which represents a healthy meal, which is named SUN THE BUD. So I went there in the evening.

SUN THE BUD located on the first floor, the inside of SUN THE BUD is wider than I thought. It was difficult to take a seat inside because there were so many people, but the size of the open kitchen alone shows that it is quite spacious. The reason why you can eat healthy brunch is that many menus are made using vegetable protein noodles. It's called 100% vegetable high protein noodles, so there were many menus with noodles. All the things mentioned in SUN THE BUD menu description are made with this noodle.
But I couldn't help but be surprised to receive SUN THE BUD menu. There are so many menus! It's not simple!!

It's hard to choose because there are so many menus. Everyone wanted to taste one by one, but the menu I saw a lot on the next table was Tteokbokki, but I was selling only two servings and I got information that yakisoba was delicious, so I chose the menu after much consideration.

A yoga mat parking space? Isn't it cute? There was a reason why these concepts were placed everywhere, and that is...

If you're wearing tracksuits (before you go to work out or after you've been back) or if you're in an exercise-related job, you can get a 10% discount anytime. So there aren't many people who actually carry yoga mats, but I think they're building a concept by setting up a space like that on one side. In fact, I could see people in tracksuits everywhere. The idea of linking it to exercise by advocating healthy menus that are not high in calories felt very sensible.

You have to go to a separate counter to order, and if you certify your exercise while ordering, you will get a 10% discount right away.

In addition to the menu you eat in the store, there is a separate space for drinks and snacks that you can take lightly. It's really good to stop by before and after exercising, right?

The menu of SUN THE BUD I chose is salmon soba maki, shrimp & chicken breast sausage jalapeno spaghetti, and cuttlefish yakisoba. Among the many types, I ordered 3 noodles only, but I didn't feel that the menus overlap because I like noodles so much and the characteristics of each menu are clear. All three menus were light and easy to enjoy using SUN THE BUD's unique organic pasta noodles and high protein diet noodles (plant protein noodles).
Salmon Sobamaki was a visual that could only be tasted at a famous sushi restaurant, but strangely, the noodles instead of rice are not stiff at all, and when you put a large maki in your mouth, it feels like it melts away.
I ordered Jalapeno spaghetti with shrimp and chicken breast sausage because I thought it would need a little spicy taste, but it didn't taste as spicy as I thought. (If you like spicy food, please refer to it!) It was a non-stimulating taste that I could slurp.
The squid yakisoba was so famous that it was the signature menu of SUN THE BUD that it was actually visible on each table. I liked the chewy taste of squid, but the taste of yakisoba itself is not special, so I wonder why it is actually famous.
But maybe because the menus were not greasy as a whole, even if I ate full, it wasn't too much of a burden, but it was good. I understood why it was a healthy brunch after eating as much as I could.
If you're on a diet or looking for brunch that doesn't require diet control or burden, I recommend Cheongdam SUN THE BUD.
